Booragul Beachhouse - Accommodation at Kianga Beach, Narooma NSW

Booragul is a large five bedroom home in Kianga a very scenic area just 5 minutes north of Narooma. The upstairs living area includes a dining area with hand made table by the owner with seating for 10, a very well equipped kitchen, 2 Queen bedrooms, a 3rd bedroom has 2 singles, 1 bathroom. The house is ideal for families & friends that like to holiday together yet have their own space and combine when needed.

The living area offers guests panoramic ocean & coastal views looking towards Montague Island. Comfortable lounge with television and sound system. Board games if you don't want the TV on. There are 2 decks off the living area, the southern deck has large table and BBQ.

Downstairs is another living area which comfortable lounges and a second television. There is a small kitchenette with fridge and 2 Queen bedrooms which share an ensuite. There is also a separate bathroom on the closed in verandah. The laundry has a modern washer & dryer.

The back yard has vegetable & herbs that the owners try to keep going when they visit. The yard is ideal for children to play or even for the big kids to kick a ball around.

Enjoy superb views across the Wagonga Inlet as you follow the water around to Apex Park. This is a beautiful spot with something for everyone. There is a netted beach for safe swimming. A grassy children's play area with colourful equipment and public toilets, barbecue and picnic area with plenty of room to kick a ball around. A magnificent surf beach and a boat launching ramp with two large car parks, one for cars with trailers. All along Centenary Drive you will see the Mill Bay Boardwalk, complete with fishing and viewing platforms.

Even if you have very limited time in Narooma, this walk is a must at any time of the day. You will almost certainly see rays and many kinds of fish, the scenery is breathtaking.

Further on, there is a Walkway/Cyclepath which continues all the way to the heart of Kianga, past low-lying wetlands, home to many species of water birds, grassy headlands from which to view whales in Spring and several beautiful, unspoilt sandy surf beaches. Lyons Park, which is located just past the bridge over Kianga Lagoon, a grassy area close to the Kianga Surf Beach with barbecues.

A short walk from the house is Anton's Cafe & Take Away which is situated right opposite the beach in the heart of Kianga so you can enjoy a really good coffee & cake or a light meal on the deck overlooking the ocean. Their fish & chips is famous with the locals. In Narooma there are many options for your dining pleasure or dine at home seated at our fabulous table!
